Prepared for Genomics · Draft for discussion · July 2026

One programme.Every starting point.

A modular AI programme for Genomics, built from what your champions told us: one shared core, depth where each team needs it, and the evidence to show it worked.

What we heard

Your champions have already written the brief.

Thirteen themes kept coming up when your champions described what their teams need; each one lands somewhere specific in the programme.

The framework

A shared core. Team-specific depth.

Everyone builds the same foundation and speaks the same language; then every team goes deeper on its own work, at its own level.

Stage 1

The core, all clusters

Three live, hands-on modules of about two hours, delivered in cohort waves.

Your AI policy is about to ship.

A policy that arrives as a live seminar creates permission; one that arrives as a PDF creates rumours. Module 2 is built to launch it.

Stage 2

Team depth, per cluster

A use-case session with each team surfaces the friction and leaves with three or four validated ideas; the highest-value one gets built together, so the team learns the full lifecycle and the next one does not need us. Similar teams can share a session, and leaders take part deliberately: champions spot the ideas, leaders own the decisions.

The difference between an idea and a use case is a metric.

Science (TELS)
Agents, connections and verification to scientific standards; the slide-deck bottleneck as the first build.
Every session generates live data.

Polls and confidence measures captured in the room, on a Genomics dashboard from wave one: uptake, readiness and per-team use cases with their metrics, evidence in hand by December. See it running →

Evidence

This framework is running right now, one company over.

AI Momentum is the company-wide programme we designed and delivered for Personio, the 1,400-person European HR-technology company, between February and June 2026. Same shape: a shared core, team depth, measured live, and still going without us pushing.

1,375
registrations across nine cohorts
85 to 100%
attendance across cohorts
4.5 to 5.0/ 5
facilitator expertise, every cohort

from brief to running programme

Tool-agnostic by design: the tools changed mid-year, the programme did not.

Who is behind it

One of us changes behaviour. The other builds the machinery.

Glenn Martin
Nevermind the Job Spec

Programme design, facilitation and behavioural change.

Alexander Sommer
Gen Metrics

AI delivery, use-case builds and the measurement engine.

The same pairing that designed and delivered AI Momentum.

Built for Tuesday.

Walk your champions through it, collect the reactions, and we will shape the proposal from there.
